Phone mode easily allows sales and support agents to CoBrowse with their users while they are talking with them on the phone. If you are on the phone with your customerand want to start a CoBrowse session with your them, just follow these steps:
1. Make sure phone mode is enabled in your screenshare settings (it’s off by default).
2. When you are talking with your customer on the phone, ensure they are on your website where Median is installed, and then instruct them to hit the Control button on their keyboard 5 times in a row. This will trigger a pop up window that will contain a 6 digit code.
3. Ask your customer for the 6 digit code and insert it into the Phone Mode box at the top of the Median dashboard and hit the Connect button.
That’s it! Now you can instantly see your customer’s screen and help them through any questions they have.
