Installing Median Screenshare in Chatra

Installing Median Screensharing on your site is a snap.

Much like installing Google Analytics, Median simply requires a small piece of Javascript to be placed inside the code of each page you’d like to be able to screenshare on.

We specifically suggest you install Median’s tracking code at the bottom of the page, before the closing </body> tag of your page.

We also suggest that you place Median’s snippet directly after your Chatra’s snippet, but it isn’t required.

If you’re a Median user, you can find your account’s custom snippet here.

When you’re using Chatra and Median together, the bottom of your site’s footer template will probably resemble something like this:

After the install is complete, you’ll now see a new link populated within Chatra that you can click while chatting with a customer to immediately open a new tab and immediately see what they are doing on your site.
